Where do you ship from?
Orders are produced and shipped by our partner Tapstitch using facilities in the U.S. and internationally, depending on item availability and destination.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing: 2–5 business days (made to order)
- USA: 5–15 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- International (incl. India): 10–30 business days
Times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carriers. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are printed to order and are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin production soon after purchase. If you need to correct an address, email us within 24 hours at info@directorscut.store.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Check with neighbors/building staff and the carrier for additional details. If it’s lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Director’s Cut designs are original reinterpretations inspired by cinema and television culture. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio or production company.
