All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

  • International (incl. India): 10–30 business days

Calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred method.
Free or reduced shipping may apply on select drops.


Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking info to update after dispatch.


Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees applied by their country.


Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or local carrier disruptions.
Director’s Cut and Tapstitch are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.


Fulfillment Locations

Orders may ship from Tapstitch’s U.S. or international facilities, depending on availability and destination.


Need Help?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days or your tracking appears stuck, email info@directorscut.store with your order number.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or late deliveries due to carriers.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@directorscut.store with photos and we’ll replace it immediately.


Cancellations

Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
